Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Squatchfoot Media (“Squatchfoot Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website at squatchfootmedia.com (the “Site”).

Our apps are covered separately

This policy applies only to the Site. Our applications — such as Petty and Twelvana — are separate products, each with its own privacy policy available on that app’s website and its App Store / Google Play listing. If you want to know how an app handles your data, please refer to that app’s policy.

Information we collect

  • Information you send us. If you email us (for example, at hello@squatchfootmedia.com), we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
  • Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log limited technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — to keep the Site secure and running.
  • No ad tracking. The Site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

How we use information

  • To respond to your questions and messages.
  • To operate, maintain, and protect the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We use service providers to run the Site (for example, our hosting and content-delivery provider, Cloudflare). They may process limited data on our behalf and are expected to protect it.
  • We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party destinations, including our apps’ websites and the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those services have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example, under the GDPR in the EEA/UK, or the CCPA/CPRA in California — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information. To make a request, email hello@squatchfootmedia.com and we’ll respond as required by applicable law.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
